WHAT IS A MULTI-CURRENCY ACCOUNT?

MoneyPolo Multi-Currency Account allows to hold various currency balances at one account, no need to open a separate account for each currency.

HOW DO I OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN ANOTHER CURRENCY?

In a case you need other currency, please use option Exchange.

IF I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MONEY IN THE CURRENCY, WHICH I HAVE NOT YET, WHAT DO I DO?

As we offer multicurrency accounts, you do not have to worry about it. The payment will be received in the currency in which it was sent.

WHERE CAN I SEE THE BALANCE OF ALL MY CURRENCY?

In Account Management system under your account number. If you do not see all your currencies, it is necessary to click on More and it will show you all balances.

I HAVE ONE CURRENCY, I WANT TO BUY ANOTHER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In Account Management system please click on Load Account and choose the Currency Exchanges. Enter the necessary details and click on Continue. You will receive authorisation code to enter and confirm the action.
